WAC Committee Meeting

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Waukee Tournament Updates

Signs needed for the tournament were discussed.

Food sponsors for the tournament are Dreyer Marketing (Matthew Connor), Hyvee & Kum & Go.

Some board members will bring Walkie Talkies for communication during the tournament. Other items board members will bring: crock pots, extension cords, extra propane tanks, coolers, tables, chairs and grills.

Prices for concession stand items were decided.
