WAC Committee Meeting
May 2, 2006

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

Waukee Tournament Updates

Ray will mail out the tournament paperwork to the coaches.

We went over the scheduling for help at the concession stands, gates, grills, t-shirt & raffle tables, etc.

There will be 3 gates at the tournament – 1 at the high school, and 2 at Centennial Park. Jen needs to be informed of the gate shifts.

A tent near the concession stand will be used as an additional gate entrance, and for t-shirt & raffle ticket sales. Also, this is where the coaches and umpires will check in for the tournament.

Tara reported that the local Waukee photographer did not return her call.

Umpires and food allowance were discussed.
