WAC Committee Meeting
June 20, 2006

Fall Ball

It was decided that the WAC will put Fall Ball teams together.

Once the July 10, 2006 registration deadline has passed, the board will meet to determine the number of teams at each age level dependant on registrations received, assign coaches, and to set a date for the player draft by the coaches. The deadline to submit the team registrations to MIGS is around July 20th.

The registration fee will be $65 per player, which will include a T-Shirt. The season includes 16 games.

Each team should have one coach and one assistant coach.

Registrations should be mailed to the WAC P.O. Box.

Evaluations – Lucy will work on creating the player, coach and tournament evaluation forms.

Tournament Proceeds – The tournament proceeds will be split 50%/50% between the WAC program and the Waukee High School Softball program for the hitting facility.

WAC Funds – It was discussed what to do with funds left over in team accounts when the season ends.
